Feet firmly planted in many worlds even with his head in the clouds at times, Zen bridge worlds with a twist of science and spirituality. An accomplished author and speaker with an MA in Organizational Management, MBA in Project Management; Certifications as Secondary Teacher, Transformational Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, and holds an honorary Doctorate in Divinity. Gifted student and athlete, was Master Councilor in DeMolay at 15. Started Pre-Med program and bowed out after a life-altering NDE event. Married and a machinist apprentice, meat-cutter and drummer in a band, all three jobs disappeared with the downturn of the automotive industry, in three days. Beseeching authority, “Phoenix,” was the answer. Moved family from rural Indiana to Phoenix, Arizona, and grew to 4 in the next decade. Led to join the LDS Church, received the physical bestowal of the Melchizedek Priesthood. Professionally, began as an aerospace machinist, advanced to managing a $7MM/mo. commercial spares desk before his world collapsed again, another trifecta, in weeks this time. Be The Dream Consulting was launched in 1988, just prior to the chaos, bridging best practices of business and personal development. Self-awareness and understanding became his quest through life and work. Balancing responsibilities with passion and purpose, various professional opportunities continued the learning while organizing discussion groups and events allowed a deeper inquiry into people, places and things working better together. Many trials and tribulations later, many doors opened and closed, except the ones with flow. There have been dozens of recreations of self, online and off. A true renaissance man with a new millennial mindset – one skewed toward harmony among people and planet in all things. Inspired actions included hosting One World (tv ‘90-‘92) and co-hosting 2 Small Biz Guys talk radio (‘16-‘18), a school/village concept and WeCanDoBetterArizona.org.
