Life Lessons and Tales of Little MisFit - Book 1: Life Isn't Always What It Seems

Description

Winner of the Fall 2020 Pinnacle Award in Young Adult genre,  Life Lessons and Tales of Little MisFit,  is the first in a series of  7 books.  They are all designed to provide through humorous tales some life lessons – Book 1:  Life Isn't Always What It Seems – is Little MisFit's first life lesson (from age 3 ½ - 9).  She provides numerous examples in her tales that allow the reader and adults to have a conversation about their own life experiences.  It is a great media for adults to share their own personal life stories without coming off preachy.  The rest of the books in the series are other life lessons that LMF learns as she grows up.  upcoming Book 2: Is when she is in the 5th grade at age 10 and learns the life lesson – that Life Isn't Always Fair.  There are humorous tales helping to support a life lesson for each of the 7 books in the series.

I pull myself out of their indifference

God is laughing at their missing conscience...

They’ll pray and speak their good intentions

They’ll eat your soul with their knife and vengeance

And we need a miracle to get out of this war

His conscience gone and they called him soldier

He pushed them out beyond their borders

He gave his love for lustful murder

He won their lives saved his confessions

And we need a miracle to get out of this one

He spoke to devils in tall buildings

They praised him high for all his winnings

Their lives had drained into his laughter

His graves are foolish for his collection

There is no miracle to get out of this one

On their graves lies their discretion

Their souls are chained and lost direction

He collects their bones with good intention

And he lives on without detection

And he trusts a miracle will get him out of this one

He'll dig your grave if it makes a difference....
