Past banking crises have been instrumental to our understanding of the systemic risk we take when we challenge the norms and play with the vulnerability of the capitalist system. Market fluctuations, trade wars, interest rates, economic stimulation, increased prices, decreased buying power, embezzlement, poor management, and another tender phenomenon usually result in the collapse of financial systems and leave the people with huge risk, loss, burden, volatility, and a turbulent life from the onset. They are fragile businesses, emphasis on businesses, that are federally regulated but subject to erroneous information, depositor misinterpretation, money manipulation, bailouts, panic, inflation, bubbles, ruined economies, political manipulation, credit ruining monsters, higher public debt, and more. The first recorded episode of banks in trouble was in the 1800s. It has grown to gargantuan size up to the present time. The panic in 1907, World War I, the Great Depression in the 1930s, the oil embargo of 1974, the Mortgage and housing bubble and crisis in 2007-2008, (which lasted for more than 10 years!), and the current trade wars are all well remembered as devastating to the people.
The banking crisis problem has become a serial concern. It happens no matter what we do individually but affects us all collectively. We are in denial. The Banking Crisis details my specific losses during the sub-prime mortgage crisis that caught me red-handed. I lost $3-Million dollars cash. I was $12-Million dollars in debt, financially ruined, unemployed, bankrupt, foreclosed, homeless, out of business, and coincidently, widowed at the same time. To the point. That included mortgages, construction, and so on. It was my ONLY stream of income. A HUGE mistake and the single-most-important topic of this book. As for the details and specific resources I've used here, I speak in generalities for the references I make here. There is a way to fend off the creditors and become the person who starts now to build resources so that when it happens, THE BANKING CRISIS, like before, you will have what you need to survive and…survive comfortably.
Nothing in this book is a secret and we already know everything that I will restate. Sometimes we just need to be reminded and enlightened. There are no guarantees, but there are possibilities.
